If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased from Castaneda Art Prints, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

All sales are final 15 days after receipt. All return requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
All items being returned must be undamaged and in resalable condition in the original packaging. Prints that are returned damaged or in any condition that will prevent the item from being resold will be not be accepted under this policy for a refund.
All returns must be sent freight prepaid. Any item shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. If we made the error to cause the return we will pay for the return shipping.
